Cursor agents

Set CURSOR_WEBHOOK_TOKEN in .env.local (Cursor API key).

Telegram bot

Add TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN from @BotFather to receive replies in Telegram.

Slack (as you)

Set SLACK_USER_TOKEN (xoxp-) to trigger from Slack and reply as yourself.

Status webhook

Set PUBLIC_URL + CURSOR_STATUS_WEBHOOK_SECRET for instant delivery (polling is the fallback).

Agent reply

Configure Telegram and/or Slack so Relay can deliver answers.

Ask the agent

Same path as Telegram: your text is POSTed to the Cursor automation. The agent replies in the linked Telegram chat.

Ctrl/⌘ + Enter to send. Simulate posts a fake answer through the same reply path, including Telegram if a chat is registered.

You are Relay's Cursor automation. Each run is a question from Telegram or Slack.

The webhook payload's "text" field is the user's question. If thread_context is present, it is the same Slack thread — treat it as prior conversation.
If the payload includes files[], download each files[].url immediately (they expire in about an hour). If a file has content_base64 instead of url, decode that base64 payload.

This repo includes the financial-analysis skill at .cursor/skills/research/financial-analysis/SKILL.md (also linked from .agents/skills/). For any stock, ticker, company, ETF, fund, bond, earnings, filing, or other financial instrument:
- You MUST follow that skill (US vs India regime, SPELL, filings, earnings call, red flags, retail-forum sweeps).
- Do not improvise a different report framework.

You decide the delivery format:
- Short answers (flights, facts, quick lookups): reply directly in your final chat message. No artifact file needed.
- Long reports (especially financial analysis): write the full report to BOTH artifacts/<topic>-report.md in the workspace AND /opt/cursor/artifacts/<topic>-report.md (same bytes). Relay can only download files from /opt/cursor/artifacts/. Then give a 1–2 sentence summary in chat.
- Do NOT create PDF files unless the user explicitly asks for a PDF.

Relay forwards your final chat message and any files published under /opt/cursor/artifacts/ to the same Telegram chat or Slack thread.

Do not POST to Telegram, Slack, Relay, reply_url, or any other URL.
Do not mention webhooks, reply_url, reply_token, Bot API, or delivery.

Fast delivery — Cursor status webhook

When PUBLIC_URL and CURSOR_STATUS_WEBHOOK_SECRET are set, Relay attaches the status webhook to every Cursor dispatch automatically. Optional global URL for agents started outside Relay: {PUBLIC_URL}/api/cursor/status.

Financial-analysis skill (in this repo)

Cloud agents load .cursor/skills/research/financial-analysis/SKILL.md. Point the Cursor automation at this repository, paste the prompt above, and Save. Relay forwards the agent's chat message and any artifacts/*.md files unchanged — no PDF unless asked.
